Cadet Creed

I am an Air Force Jr ROTC cadet I am connected and faithful to every corps of cadets who serve their community and nation with patriotism I earn respect when I uphold the core values of integrity first, service before self and excellence in all we do I will always conduct myself to bring credit to my family, school corps of cadets, community and to myself My character defines me, I will not lie, cheat or steal. I am accountable for all of my actions and deeds I will hold others accountable for their actions and deeds as well I will honor those I serve with, those who have gone before and those who will come after me I am a patriot, a leader and a wingman devoted to those I follow, serve and lead I am an Air Force Jr ROTC cadet

Operation Orders

Signed by the squadron commander(s), containing all the daily events for the following week (ex. Monday's Pt, Tuesday's Uniform Type, Thursday's Academic Subject, Sometimes Wednesday's Drill)

Direct Chain of Command (for enlisted)

NCO -> Flight Commander -> Squadron Commander -> Vice Group Commander -> Group Commander (Sometimes Inspector General might be included)

Dining in|Dining Out

Dining in only includes individuals from within the corps. (Eating Pizza at discovery cube as a unit could be considered Dining in)

Dining Out allows for individuals from outside the corps. ( Military ball could be considered Dining Out)

Impact Goals               

Cadet Impact Goals:

  • 60% of cadets will achieve at least a 3.0 weighted GPA for the 2025-2026 academic year

  • All eligible cadets will be promoted to the next rank every promotion cycle

  • 50% of cadets will participate in an academic or drill team

School Impact Goals:

  • Each recruiting event will Garner a minimum of 60 sign-ups

  • 30% of cadets will participate in a club and/or organization outside of JROTC

  • 75% of first-year cadets will participate in a club and/or organization outside of JROTC

Community Impact Goals:

  • 60% of cadets will achieve at least a 3.0 weighted GPA for the 2025-2026 academic year

Physical Uniform                                                                        

"If a cadet fails to wear uniform, or is absent on the designated uniform day as outlined in the weekly operations order [usually Tuesday], it is the responsibility of the cadet to make up the uniform wear on the nearest day [preferably Thursday] with an AFJROTC class [discuss with flight commander as well as {preferably} an officer to confirm]" -( Official 2024-2025 Cadet Guide)
